Need Special Financing? Ask for Ben or Chris! I was in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy when the car I owned in that bankruptcy broke down and required almost $7000 in repairs. I had no other choice but t I was in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy when the car I owned in that bankruptcy broke down and required almost $7000 in repairs. I had no other choice but to convert to a Chapter 7 in order to purchase a new vehicle. However, I needed a car to drive pronto, and other dealerships were hesitant to work with me in regards to getting a new vehicle until I had my Meeting of Creditors or until my bankruptcy was discharged. Ben Cordia and Chris Culbertson were willing to assist me as soon as I filed my Motion to Convert. They had the ball rolling quickly and got me a cost-efficient vehicle much quicker than other dealerships would have been able to. I felt a lot of judgement in regards to my financial matter from other dealerships; whereas, Ben and Chris made me feel otherwise. They understood my situation and didn't pass any judgement.
