Very unpleasant to work with, I was required to bring my car back to them after having my windshield replaced for a application of a product that was sold to me by them when I bought the car, it had to be a car back to them after having my windshield replaced for a application of a product that was sold to me by them when I bought the car, it had to be applied within 3 days of my windshield replacement in order for the warranty on the windshield to continue they told me they could not get me in until a month and a half from now which would cause me to lose my warranty, after a long day of phone calls and a big headache I finally found another dealership that was able to do it for me within 20 minutes, this is yet again another example of the lack of professionalism at this company. More

I have bought 5 cars through the years from Don Brown, everyone is so nice and helpful. They work hard to get your payments where you want them Terrell was very nice and knowledgeable. Vinny was great als everyone is so nice and helpful. They work hard to get your payments where you want them Terrell was very nice and knowledgeable. Vinny was great also and very knowledgeable, The finance man was also very efficient and great to work with. Such wonderful people you have working there. You should be very proud of your employees.
