I appreciate her time, effort, support, and patience with Chevrolet! She made my first experience of buying a new car very enjoyable, fast, and easy. I appreciate her time, effort, support, and patience with every step of the process. She's no doubt very reliable. I can't forget to send thanks and appreciation to Chris Henry as well for his time, patience, and effort. He and Andrea are a great team! They both made sure I got everything I wanted within my very first car purchase. More
Just over two weeks ago we purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra. We hadn't intended buying a used car in this market, but our 10 year old Kia had other plans. Our sales rep was Paul and he was pretty great Sentra. We hadn't intended buying a used car in this market, but our 10 year old Kia had other plans. Our sales rep was Paul and he was pretty great in understanding our needs and stayed within our price range. He was very nice and personable and the only highlight of this whole experience. We ending up paying about 6k over bluebook, but we understand the market and pricing is crazy right now. Also to be noted both of our credit scores are mid to high 700s. At this point, we were ok with driving away in a 7 year old car that had just over 60K on it. After we drove the car off the lot, we noticed some minor issues the very next day. The face of the car radio wasn't working, a usb port under the armrest was non functional, and both back door seals were blown out (this was hard to tell when we inspected the vehicle since the seals are black and the car is black.) We had the car about 12 hours and called the dealership to see if they would fix these minor issues for us. The only thing they offered and did was to replace the back door seals as long as we paid for one. There went another $250 for a back door seal. The radio and usb were not fixed and we even spoke to the GM of sales and he declined to fix our minor issues. We also spoke to the customer service manager and got nowhere. This is not customer service nor is it taking care of your valuable customers. We also purchased gap insurance and an extended warranty. We have since cancelled the warranty as we do not want to step foot back in this establishment for anything. How can they tell us they will fix the car on warranty if something goes wrong when obviously the car wasn't inspected to begin with?! Also, gap insurance was around $300 cheaper via the credit union that financed the car as opposed to what we paid at the dealership. Both extra "services" cancelled. Overall, a very lackluster and truly disappointing experience with Don Brown. If they treat good customers with excellent credit scores like this, I wonder how others are treated. And, yes I understand what "used and as is" means. We just foolishly thought the big guy on tv in the Christmas blazer was all about customer service and making customers satisfied. We do not feel like our asks were all that outside of the box. Buyer beware and stay as far away as you can from this dealership. More
