They report that you should get your tires replaced but they never tell you that your tires you should be replaced. Even when you report complaints they come up with excuses instead of solutions. They confirmed an appointment three different times, through email and text for a vehicle that was already sold. The response when I asked why they would verify an appointment the for a sold car might a through email and text for a vehicle that was already sold. The response when I asked why they would verify an appointment the for a sold car might as well have been "we are just a sleazy car dealership", at least it would have been an honest answer. You would think that if this was just bad timing or an honest mistake, they would have some QT gift cards for the customer's inconvenience, but this appears to be routine sham at Don Brown and such a remedy would be quite costly.
