You all do not hold up to your appointments even down techs. You should not make appointments if you cannot hold them to it. This is an inconvenience to your customers and their daily life’s. You have 10 techs. You should not make appointments if you cannot hold them to it. This is an inconvenience to your customers and their daily life’s. You have 10 people out front standing around in the service area to put washer fluid in cars maybe you should focus on training them and sending them to mechanical trade school to be certified so you can staff up properly and be timely for your appointments. Not happy with my last experience with Don Brown service. It took 2 days to complete oil change , tire rotation and wheel bearing replacement. I believe they forgot my vehicle on the first day. When I left w It took 2 days to complete oil change , tire rotation and wheel bearing replacement. I believe they forgot my vehicle on the first day. When I left with my car I got a "service tire pressure system "warning , which was never on before the service. This is not the first time that I left this dealership and had more issues. I will be returning to Don Brown. More
