With the explanation that everybody else is doing it. Next you'll be charging for me to sit in the waiting room, and if I drink a cup of coffee or use the rest room there will be another charge. You all do not hold up to your appointments even down techs. You should not make appointments if you cannot hold them to it. This is an inconvenience to your customers and their daily life’s. You have 10 people out front standing around in the service area to put washer fluid in cars maybe you should focus on training them and sending them to mechanical trade school to be certified so you can staff up properly and be timely for your appointments.
