It was a pleasure to observe the consistent courtesy displayed by ALL the employees as they interacted with customers. 100% is hard to get these days! Of particular note was the professional customer service Courtney Crook provided to me. Courtney clearly demonstrated her commitment to being the best in every aspect of her work. I found Courtney to be very candid, knowledgeable and forthcoming as she carefully answered and explained the multiple questions I asked. Courtney was very busy with other customers but always gave me her full attention when I had additional questions.
