We have always been greeted with a smile; sometimes even with our door being opened for us. Numerous times our vehicle problem was fixed right in the bay w/o cost. In all the many years that we have brought our vehicles to the service center we can count on less than one hand problems with the service. These men are wonderful! They have always gone out of their way to make sure that I am happy with my Hondas. I have purchased 4 HOndas at Don Ayres. I was ready to give back my 2007 Accord due to a noise their way to make sure that I am happy with my Hondas. I have purchased 4 HOndas at Don Ayres. I was ready to give back my 2007 Accord due to a noise in the front drivers side window that was really bothering me. Doug spent time figuring out where the noise was coming from and fixed it! He even worked me in to get it fixed before I took a trip....in his words "so I wouldn't have to hear it on the drive". That is true customer service with care! I can't say enough about the service I have gotten from Doug and the rest of the men there. I would never go any place else in Fort Wayne! I'm moving to Iowa in July 2011 and I am concerned about what kind of service I will get there. I may come back here for some of it when I visit family here. More

Had a routine oil change done on my Accord. The staff were friendly and completed the work within the time frame that was given to me. The price is lower than anywhere else and the fact that it is a Hond were friendly and completed the work within the time frame that was given to me.
