I have always found that the service guys really take good care of my Civic. And the time involved is almost always acceptable. 4 Hondas so far. Doug Settle, service dept manager, is the only car repair person I have ever completely trusted (and I am an old guy who has owned 49 cars)! Honda makes a great car. Every time I bring our car in for service it is a pleasant experience. The service department is very professional and courteous. WE have owned Honda's for the past 25 years. During this period of time we have only had one bad experience. At that time I brought this to the attention of the Service Manage Doug Settle and he made it right for us. This is why I own Honda's and buy cars from this dealer. More
