These men are wonderful! They have always gone out of their way to make sure that I am happy with my Hondas. I have purchased 4 HOndas at Don Ayres. I was ready to give back my 2007 Accord due to a noise their way to make sure that I am happy with my Hondas. I have purchased 4 HOndas at Don Ayres. I was ready to give back my 2007 Accord due to a noise in the front drivers side window that was really bothering me. Doug spent time figuring out where the noise was coming from and fixed it! He even worked me in to get it fixed before I took a trip....in his words "so I wouldn't have to hear it on the drive". That is true customer service with care! I can't say enough about the service I have gotten from Doug and the rest of the men there. I would never go any place else in Fort Wayne! I'm moving to Iowa in July 2011 and I am concerned about what kind of service I will get there. I may come back here for some of it when I visit family here. More

I have taken my vehicles to Don Ayres for the past 15 years for service. I have dealt with Kevin for quite some time and he has always been extremely good to work with. He is knowlegeable and has alwaw years for service. I have dealt with Kevin for quite some time and he has always been extremely good to work with. Had a routine oil change done on my Accord. The staff were friendly and completed the work within the time frame that was given to me. The price is lower than anywhere else and the fact that it is a Hond were friendly and completed the work within the time frame that was given to me. The price is lower than anywhere else and the fact that it is a Honda Dealer that is completing the work puts my mind at ease knowing that it is done right and if there are any other problems discovered they will notify me. More

Jeremy did a good job explaining that we needed new brakes and why. He was very thorough and helpful. In the past, we have mainly worked with Jay and Troy. I had a spring break in my trunk door over the weekend. I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Jeremy ordered the part which was in the next day and Doug asked when I could get in I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Jeremy ordered the part which was in the next day and Doug asked when I could get in for it to be installed. Doug, knowing that this repair was vital for my work, got me in the first thing the next morning and got me out in 20 minutes. Truly a great response to my problem. Doug and his staff are the very best in service at Don Ayres Honda. This is not the first time my wife and I have had terrific experience in their Service Dept. Not only is Honda a great car , the service couldn't be better!! That is why we will continue to buy from and always use Honda service from Don Ayres in the future. Great people!! More

Don Ayres has the best service by far. I have been a satisfied customer of theirs since 1998 when I purchased my 1st Honda (CRV). I now own a 2006 Pilot and all my service is done by Don Ayres, I would satisfied customer of theirs since 1998 when I purchased my 1st Honda (CRV). I now own a 2006 Pilot and all my service is done by Don Ayres, I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else! I also like the fact that even for a simple oil change, they will wash my car. More
