A pleasure to do business with. Very accomadating to my time schedule. When ever I have service done on my two Honda vehicles, there is never an unsuspected surprise. By following Honda's preventive service schedule, an owner pretty much eliminates those hidden problems that can pop up unexpectedly. I have never had to take a vehicle back because something that was done to the car was incomplete. I just have a peace of mind that everything is done correctly whenever I have my vehicles serviced at Don Ayres Honda. More
We went in for an oil change on our Element. We've always been happy with their price/service. First, we DID NOT have an appointment and they were VERY nice/professional...said it would be a 60-90 minute wa been happy with their price/service. Bill and my fiancee were shooting the breeze, while I checked out new 2012 Civic LX. I was asking Bill lots of questions and he was quite informative. By now, my fiancee was liking this car. What we REALLY appreciated was the "no pressure" approach of Bill. Unbeknownst to him, we had been checking out the Corolla, the Elantra, and many others. So we took a test drive. I liked it. It's quiet, the gas mileage is great, and it's a HONDA. What sealed the deal was the 0.9% financing. THANKS Bill for your professionalism, knowledge, and MOST of all, not the "IN YER FACE" approach! This was my first experience with your company. Previously, my car was being serviced at Kelley and I was no longer happy with their service. I believe that they were inflating their prices. They wanted to charge me $100 more than what you charged me to change the gearshift lightbulb. Kevin was very attentive and so that everything was done as I asked. He consulted with me on additional service that needed to be completed. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you. More
I had very good customer service; however, I thought it took a lot longer than I expected. I had an appointment and was just getting the oil changed and tires rotated at it took 1 1/2 hours. I was amazed that servicing my vehicle was affordable at a Honda Dealership. So often, you hear that the "worst" place to take a vehicle is to the dealership. I pushed past the norm, and took my Honda Pil a Honda Dealership. So often, you hear that the "worst" place to take a vehicle is to the dealership. I pushed past the norm, and took my Honda Pilot, purchased from Don Ayre's, to the dealership for regularly scheduled maintenance, and it was a great experience. My appointment was quick, the workers were very nice to work with, and I will be bringing it back for all of my regular maintenance needs. GREAT JOB!!! More

The 100 month battery in my Honda Odyssey died after 36 months. The Odyssey could not be started even after I charged the battery overnight. I removed the battery and brought it to Don Ayres Honda. To get months. The Odyssey could not be started even after I charged the battery overnight. I removed the battery and brought it to Don Ayres Honda. To get credit for the months remaining on my battery Ayres could have forced me to have my Odyssey towed to the dealership. Instead they let me have a new battery (with exchange) at the appropriately discounted price. I appreciate the Service and Parts Department people working together to solve this problem for me without making me jump through hoops. This is why I own two Hondas, and why Don Ayres handles almost of my parts and service work. More
The service department in very good. The new car sales department is very good. I bought a new honda here in 2008 and in 2010. I bought a used 2007 Civic from the used car department in March of this ye department is very good. I bought a new honda here in 2008 and in 2010. I bought a used 2007 Civic from the used car department in March of this year and I am very disapointed with the used car sales manager. He misled me about the certification of the car and he changed the numbers around on the sales agreement with the bottom line being the same. He seamed to try to confuse me. The used car sales manager did not introduce himself to me or speak to me during the entire process. When I bought the two new Hondas, the new car sales manager spoke to me both times. More

Wayne, Indiana are so professional and friendly that it is actaully difficult to think about leaving this dealership to buy a different type of c Ft.
