Re occurring issue with ground effects Still experiencing loose driver side front ground effect that was supposed to be fixed last time the car was in for service. Now I'm told that it's Still experiencing loose driver side front ground effect that was supposed to be fixed last time the car was in for service. Now I'm told that it's missing a clip and honda will have to order a kit costing $130+ to fix. Every time the car is in for service the service team pulls the piece away sticks a piece of adhesive in there and it looks worse than when I brought it in. I know this seems like a little thing but if you are not going to fix it just leave it alone and I will take my car elsewhere for service from now on. More

I was on my way to Indianapolis from Toledo, Ohio when I began to experience a shuttering (shaking) in my My experience at Don Ayers was excellent. I was on my way to Indianapolis from Toledo, Ohio when I began to experience a shuttering (shaking) in my van. I pulled over and called AAAA for assistance as I was not familiar with the area.. They directed me to Fort Wayne Don Ayers Honda to take a look at the van. I called the service department and let them know what happening to the van and that I really needed someone to take a look at it. I had to be in Indy that evening for an early morning appointment so Ben Rose arranged for Enterprise to help me out with a car to get to Indy while they examined the van. Within 45 minutes, I was on the road again and Ben committed to working on the van and calling me with an update that evening. I arrived in time to Indy and did receive a call from Ben with an update. Following my appointment the next morning, I was able to pick the van up on my way home and Ben made arrangements for Enterprise to drop me off at the dealer following the delivery of the rental. Ben was very professional but so personal and truly cared about my situation. I was so impressed with the service and "small town" personal touch. This experience was really an encouragement to me as we always hear the negative sides of things and not enough about the ones who are positively impacting communities by their passion and and compassion to service others. Can't beat a $13 oil change. They are a very positive influence in your service department, and should be recognized for that ! They rating of good is simply because I know that the work needs to be done and is definitely saving money in the long run due to possible issues that could arise, but it is an expense ! More
