Great service! I thought my wiper arm had a bend in it and it might need replaced. I spoke with Jay Hyland and he ordered the part. After the part came in, Jay calle I thought my wiper arm had a bend in it and it might need replaced. I spoke with Jay Hyland and he ordered the part. oil change This time was a return visit having had a very bad experience last trip. This time however I was met promptly with a smile having made an appointment This time was a return visit having had a very bad experience last trip. This time however I was met promptly with a smile having made an appointment and arrived on time. I was directed to Doug right away and he was courteous and friendly he discussed the service needed and the cost involved and after making my decision I was directed to the waiting room I was told it would be less than an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and free car wash. In the waiting room there were chairs, tv, today's newspaper and drinks available. The time I waited was comfortable and as promised the car was completed in less than an hour. I do have to say that the car wash does not get the car clean but its free and I appreciated the effort. As for the experience of trying to make my apt I had tried to call during my work day but without success and ended up having to have my son schedule the apt. There should be a way to schedule apts on line with email confirmation of the apt. The price is great Thank you More
