I was grumbling that I could never tell from the website what services my car needed nor how much it would cost (as I recall, that used to be listed for each 5,000, 15,000, and 30,000 miles). While I was waiting for my car, she came to the waiting room to give me a list she'd made herself of the maintenance items, at what mileages they were recommended, and what each service cost, highlighting the ones that were needed for my next appointment. I consider that service well above and beyond expectations! Kudos to Zoe! Five stars!!! More
