As someone new to the area, I asked my co-workers where to take my car to get an oil change and they suggested you. After an oil change that took an hour and a half, we were informed that we needed new tir to take my car to get an oil change and they suggested you. After an oil change that took an hour and a half, we were informed that we needed new tires and a re-alignment. While we were grateful they noticed this and let us know, we are immensely unhappy with how long it took and will not be returning. We brought our car in the next week for a re-alignment and a procedure that we were told would take an hour, hour and a half at max, ended up taken three hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. At one point they even told us, oh it will only be another 20 minutes. A full hour later we finally left with our car. If it was going to take that long, tell us so we can make other plans! No one offered us any compensation for it taking twice as long, whether it was a free oil change or taking a few dollars off the cost of the alignment. We didn't need that, and think their service prices are very reasonable, but it would have been a customer service-ly gesture at the least. Quite a disappointment! More
Branden was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy (which I really appreciated) with his sales. We bought a used conversion can from Don Ayres a few years back. At the time, it had an ABS sensor light on. When we took it to Dimension Ford, they told us that there were two sensors that could be inv years back. At the time, it had an ABS sensor light on. When we took it to Dimension Ford, they told us that there were two sensors that could be involved but we wouldn't know which one needed to be replaced until we tried it. The estimate was $400 and if it turned out that the wrong one was replaced, we could expect another $400 to be added to the bill. We got a second opinion at Hires and were told the same thing, so we elected to drive without ABS. This last week we were at Don Ayres for a $12.95 oil change and asked them to check out an engine hesitation. This was repaired and they told us that the mechanic, Dan Thompson had noticed the ABS light. We explained what we had been previously told and they asked if we minded if Dan confirmed that. Tom called us back and told us that Dan's estimate was $50! Turns out Dan had paid to update his engine scan tool and was able to diagnose it as a lesser known sensor. Needless to say, we had it fixed and will heartily recommend Dan and Don Ayres to everyone!!! More

I had an appointment at 11:30 on 13Jan12. I was out of there by 12:10. The waiting area is comfortable and the free coffee was nice as it was a miserably cold and windy day. I had to have my car towed into the dealership. I had a large puddle of fluid under the car in the garage and the car was heating up. I arrived first thing in the morning and was told they would have to work me in so I was given no indication of if/when I would know if it could be fixed on that day or if I needed to rent a car so I could get to work and start my day. I also had work done on my car over a year ago regarding an oil leak and told them it was not fixed (still leaking)and on every occasion I have had it in since I have told them it still leaked. When Jeremy came out to tell what they had thought might be the problem, he also proceeded to tell me the oil leak could cost up to $750.00 after they got it apart and took a look at the gaskets. 1. He wouldn't look me in the eye when I was questioning him about "how much would it have been if they would have looked at it when I first stated the leak was still there?" 2. He just stopped talking about it like it wasn't important. I chose to not have that fixed at this time (I am planning on looking around and getting other estimates cuz I really want it fixed this time) I also told him I was in a month earlier because my engine came on and it was put on the computer and I was told it was a false alarm and it was reset. It was very frustrating to then a month later have to have my car towed in for a major problem. Was it misread? I feel like it was a warning sign that was ignored. Never bought a vehicle from a dealership as nice as this one. On top of great customer service at the point of sale, they service it for WAY cheaper than what I could do myself. We have always purchased our Hondas at Don Ayres. The main reason is not only are Hondas nice cars, but because of the truly outstanding service and body shop. When we do have something that needs to get repaired,it is always done right the first time! The sevice and body shop managers Doug Settle and Kevin Cox are fantastic and very professional. The service advisors Jay, Tom, and all the others are outstanding. We will continue to purchase Hondas nostly because of the Don Ayres dealership. More
