I went in so that they could perform the service required at 10,000 miles The entire process was flawless from the time I made the appointment to the time I drove out of the dealership. The staff, especially Matt Connett was very attentive and frequently visited the waiting area to give me updates on the progress of the work. The waiting area is pleasant. I particularly like the fact that it has tables and chairs on which one can set a laptap or other electronic device. I also liked the fact that the dealership washed my car as part of its service. I also liked the fact that the TV was not too loud so one could read or listen to other sources of information via headphones. Muted with captions would be even better. The coffee bar was also welcome. More

The service experience was good. It seems like it takes so long to set up an appointment. The earliest that I could get in when I called was one week. The time before was 3 days. Even though it was warranty work they didn't offer and I forgot to ask for a receipt for service performed. I called Friday and left a message for them to mail me one, but I haven't hear back yet. They normally wash the vechile, but it wasn't done when I picked up the vechile this time. I didn't ask for it to be washed, since I was in a hurry to leave when I returned. I had to ask one other time for it to be washed, which they did. More

Don Ayres Honda Service is the only shop I've trusted to care for my 2004 Honda Pilot. I bought my Pilot new from Don Ayres and followed their recommended service schedules. Although I'm not an expert mechanic, it has been comforting to know Doug Settle and his team of experts have been there to proactively keep my car running well and my family safe. With 280,000 miles on my car, I can honestly tell you my car still feels and drives like new! I have not had to worry about how I would get my family every where we needed or wanted to go, including taking us on Spring Break safely to Florida each year. What a great value the quality of a Honda vehicle and the expertise of the Don Ayres service team have provided to me and my family! More

Our car was in for service for the 100,000 miles service. We also needed new tires and a recall service was completed.
