Don Ayres Honda Service is the only shop I've trusted to care for my 2004 Honda Pilot. I bought my Pilot new from Don Ayres and followed their recommended service schedules. Although I'm not an expert mechanic, it has been comforting to know Doug Settle and his team of experts have been there to proactively keep my car running well and my family safe. With 280,000 miles on my car, I can honestly tell you my car still feels and drives like new! I have not had to worry about how I would get my family every where we needed or wanted to go, including taking us on Spring Break safely to Florida each year. What a great value the quality of a Honda vehicle and the expertise of the Don Ayres service team have provided to me and my family! More
I had a coupon for an oil change which was great. Our car was in for service for the 100,000 miles service. We also needed new tires and a recall service was completed. Outstanding service! Matt really cared that I was happy with the service plan before the work even started. He made sure to check over the vehicle while I was still there and look for any issues that migh with the service plan before the work even started. I am customer 640404 on Invoice 382039. I visited Don Ayres on October 1, 2012 at 1 PM for a recall software upgrade. I was told the fix would take maybe 2 hours. While waiting in the waiting room I witnessed some of the best customer service from Mr. Wells who repeatedly visited with his client throughout the afternoon keeping him well informed. I applaud this type of customer service. I think my service was handed off from Chuck to Troy without letting Troy know I was in the waiting room. I believe I was forgotten until one of the nice cashiers finally asked my name at 5:45 PM. My battery was tested at 1:31 PM. This was my first experience visiting Don Ayres Honda for a Honda Service call, I am not sure I will be back. More
