While visiting family in Fort Wayne I noticed one of my headlights was out so I called to see if I could get it replaced before driving home to New Hampshire. To my surprise when I showed up the next morning I was immediately called into the service bay and my light was fixed within the time it took to pay for the part. This allowed me to get my car back about two hours sooner than if they waited to get my explicit approval before beginning the brake work. This kind of trust and relationship is the result of having purchased and maintained three Honda cars at Ayres Honda in the last twelve years. I came in for an oil change, and a noise in the front end. When they couldn't see anything wrong, I asked him to please drive it; he did, and found the problem. They fixed it that very day! First service on our new CR-V. All was great except the car wash they provided (free with the OLF). If was so badly water stained I took it straight to get it washed as it was not presentable.
