review I was headed out of town for the weekend and was sooooo happy to by chance fit into the first available service appt thst day. I am so thankful as I didnt want to drive down to Indy on 15% oil life. I love the service that I get at Don Ayres and would not take my van anywhere else for an oil change! More

oil change This time was a return visit having had a very bad experience last trip. This time however I was met promptly with a smile having made an appointment This time was a return visit having had a very bad experience last trip. This time however I was met promptly with a smile having made an appointment and arrived on time. I was directed to Doug right away and he was courteous and friendly he discussed the service needed and the cost involved and after making my decision I was directed to the waiting room I was told it would be less than an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and free car wash. In the waiting room there were chairs, tv, today's newspaper and drinks available. The time I waited was comfortable and as promised the car was completed in less than an hour. I do have to say that the car wash does not get the car clean but its free and I appreciated the effort. As for the experience of trying to make my apt I had tried to call during my work day but without success and ended up having to have my son schedule the apt. There should be a way to schedule apts on line with email confirmation of the apt. The price is great Thank you More
Don Ayres Honda Service Center Loved, loved, loved everyone's friendliness in the Service Center. We appreciated Doug's Settle's attention to detail as he caught the fact that our Loved, loved, loved everyone's friendliness in the Service Center. We appreciated Doug's Settle's attention to detail as he caught the fact that our tire's were wearing unevenly and made some suggestions. A big thumbs up!!! All employee's in the service center projected that they were there solely to provide great customer service and that is such a rarity these days!!! A very positive experience. More

Observation of free wash They offer a free car wash, but noticed that it must have just been sprayed off with water because the bird droppings were still on car after service They offer a free car wash, but noticed that it must have just been sprayed off with water because the bird droppings were still on car after service was done which was to have included a free wash!! Have question as to why tire pressure was set at 33 instead of 30 like door post indicator states it should be? More
Re occurring issue with ground effects Still experiencing loose driver side front ground effect that was supposed to be fixed last time the car was in for service. Now I'm told that it's Still experiencing loose driver side front ground effect that was supposed to be fixed last time the car was in for service. Now I'm told that it's missing a clip and honda will have to order a kit costing $130+ to fix. Every time the car is in for service the service team pulls the piece away sticks a piece of adhesive in there and it looks worse than when I brought it in. I know this seems like a little thing but if you are not going to fix it just leave it alone and I will take my car elsewhere for service from now on. More
Amazing Service My experience at Don Ayers was excellent. I was on my way to Indianapolis from Toledo, Ohio when I began to experience a shuttering (shaking) in my My experience at Don Ayers was excellent. I was on my way to Indianapolis from Toledo, Ohio when I began to experience a shuttering (shaking) in my van. I pulled over and called AAAA for assistance as I was not familiar with the area.. They directed me to Fort Wayne Don Ayers Honda to take a look at the van. I called the service department and let them know what happening to the van and that I really needed someone to take a look at it. I had to be in Indy that evening for an early morning appointment so Ben Rose arranged for Enterprise to help me out with a car to get to Indy while they examined the van. Within 45 minutes, I was on the road again and Ben committed to working on the van and calling me with an update that evening. I arrived in time to Indy and did receive a call from Ben with an update. Following my appointment the next morning, I was able to pick the van up on my way home and Ben made arrangements for Enterprise to drop me off at the dealer following the delivery of the rental. Ben was very professional but so personal and truly cared about my situation. I was so impressed with the service and "small town" personal touch. This experience was really an encouragement to me as we always hear the negative sides of things and not enough about the ones who are positively impacting communities by their passion and and compassion to service others.
