excellent customer service I recently brought in our 2012 Honda Civic to their service dept because some underbody parts were damaged when my wife drove off the road. We did not have an appt and it was early Friday afternoon. Chuck Sutter our service advsor said that still would be able to look at it and let us know. About two hours later we got a call that said it was fixed. This is the kind of service that we always get from Don Ayres. All of their service advsors are terriffic, but we really like dealing with Chuck Sutter in particular He always goes the extra mile to save us some money and to make sure everything is done correctly. His memory is terrific. We bought some tires a half a year ago through the service dept and just recently Chuck asked us how do we like the tires.. Doug Settle, the service manager is fantastic too. I will always get my cars serviced at Don Ayres! More

Great service! I thought my wiper arm had a bend in it and it might need replaced. I spoke with Jay Hyland and he ordered the part. After the part came in, Jay calle I thought my wiper arm had a bend in it and it might need replaced. I spoke with Jay Hyland and he ordered the part.
