Late on snowy cold night, I had flat tire And Andy Hitzemann helped me....First of all my vehicle is not a Honda and I did not purchase it at Don Ayres. I had the misfortune of having my right rear tire go flat on Lima Rd in front of Don Ayres. It was late and I pulled in to their parking lot and noticed there were a couple people inside the building. I walked in and asked if anyone was left in their service department as I needed some air in my tire. Andy was very professional and courteous and helped me get access to some air for my tire. It would have been easier to just tell me no one was left and told me sorry. To the Don Ayres Organization and Management, you have a great ambassador for your company in Andy. It is employees like Andy that have made your business successful for many years and into the future. To anyone considering doing business with Don Ayres Honda I would highly recommend to do so. My tire pressure light had been off and on for the past few weeks and I had stopped by one night at 5:45 to pick up my son (who dropped off his car for service) and Jeremy was not in. I was told to come back to check it the next day. I ended up calling Jeremy 2 days later (today) and was told to stop by. I was greeted by 2 guys to help me and they had the car back in 10 minutes at the most! They were friendly, humorous and very efficient. It is refreshing to deal with people who enjoy their job and are there to serve! Jeremy has helped me over the phone numerous times and is always very courteous and kind plus always seems to have an answer for the problem! More

My service technician, Doug, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, and had my vehicle ready much sooner than I anticipated. I will definitely drive the 50 miles again to have my vehicle serviced at Don Ayres! More
