My family and i actually named another dealership "the shark tank" because it was so bad! We just pulled into the lot and actually laughed because you could just see the sales people converging on us from all sides! (Just give a person a chance to look!) Thats where you are different! Each time I visited, Doug Waltz and the personnel there ensured my car was taken care of (and at reasonable prices). Doug provided helpful suggestions that were honest and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me something. Good First Experience Took our certified pre-owned CR V in (purchased from this dealership a month earlier) for a window repair, to get the A/C checked, and to get the low Took our certified pre-owned CR V in (purchased from this dealership a month earlier) for a window repair, to get the A/C checked, and to get the low fuel light looked at. They had to keep the vehicle overnight to repair the driver's side window. The A/C was working as it's supposed to, so the things we noticed (squeaking, puddle on the garage floor) are normal for this vehicle. They wanted us to bring the vehicle back to calibrate the low fuel indicator. When we were driving it home, the low fuel light clicked on at 13 miles until empty. The service person we dealt (Doug) with was great. More
