I have not ever had a problem with any of the staff. They are great about caring for my service milestones and the times that other things pop up! When I have a service that takes a few hours, the shuttle is a great way for me to get a thing or two done while I wait. Otherwise the waiting room is nice enough, I do not mind waiting there.
