Thus, when we needed to purchase a second vehicle, we went back to Don Ayres and purchased a 2012 model that we enjoy very much! We find that the Honda CR-V fits us very nicely as our children are now grown. Normal Oil Change Service and Test Drive Charles Sutter is a wonderful service manager of my account. He is easy to work with and able to get me in when needed. Serviec A1 Service was pretty expensive. Over $249 dollars for A1 service and only received 5% discount. I had an acura TL and used to get my car serviced but I Service was pretty expensive. Since we have kept previous Hondas well over 10 years, that's a LOT of routine maintenance. That said, we haven't had any experience with any non-warrant service...the cars have been repair-free.
