15 years of working with Don Ayres Honda For the last 15 years, I've had my Honda serviced only at Don Ayres. I've also purchased two cars from them. Nothing but good interactions. Normal Oil Change Service and Test Drive Charles Sutter is a wonderful service manager of my account. He is easy to work with and able to get me in when needed. Also I noticed the new 2016 Charles Sutter is a wonderful service manager of my account. He is easy to work with and able to get me in when needed. Serviec A1 Service was pretty expensive. Over $249 dollars for A1 service and only received 5% discount. I had an acura TL and used to get my car serviced but I Service was pretty expensive. Makes it not worth having a budget friendly car if I am going to pay this every 6 months. More

Service after the sale Great service at the time of the sale followed up by terrific service for the life of the car. Since we have kept previous Hondas well over 10 years, that's a LOT of routine maintenance. That said, we haven't had any experience with any non-warrant service...the cars have been repair-free.
