He thought it might be a bad tire so I took it to Zurker's in Monroe to check tires. They asked if I had the tires rotated lately. Yes yesterday. The front tires were going the wrong way for directional tires. I immediately called yours service severice dept and told them about the problem. The reasons why I called was not to complain but to make sure it would not happen to anyone else. Mistakes happen it did no ruin the tire, I just thought is was better to be positive so your dept would be better. More

Service before moving I needed an oil change and tire rotation before moving from the area to Nevada. I was having trouble with my new used Insight. My used but new to me had a check engine omission light on so I took it back the first day I picked it up. I was told to come back in the morning and leave it. I was given a rental car for as long as it took till my car was done. I was treated like a queen and although the mechanic dropped a part putting my car back together. He felt terrible but I understood it was an accident. He did a wonderful job. I had a rental and all was good. My car works fine and after all this a sender broke on the door. I took it back to them and was on my way within minutes. Thank you for a job well done. More

This is a 6 star dealership not a 5 star , I & my family have and own over 12 Honda's over a period of the 30 yrs , currently we have 3 Honda's now a 1992 Honda & a 2006 Accord, 1996 Accord witch is brand new and it is in my garage & has less than 1000 miles on it . Just to let you know I am a 47 yrs service technician for a local industrial fork lift dealership & have a very good knowledge of what excellent service is all about.....
