Body Shop The Body Shop was excellent. The work needed on my '14 Crosstour was the result of another family car putting a small scrape and dent on the right re The Body Shop was excellent. The work needed on my '14 Crosstour was the result of another family car putting a small scrape and dent on the right rear of the car. The scrape encompassed both the fender and the bumper cover, which increased the cost. With the being an "inside the family job", the offending party had to save some money, so the quote - done when the damage was new - had some age on it when I made the appointment for repair. The pricing did not change. The repair was completed 24 hours earlier than expected and my car looks like new again! Everyone we met and spoke with the Body Shop was friendly, smiling advertisement for Don Ayres! More

I have had no trouble with the car since the day I bought it back in 2009. Doug made sure I had a shuttle ride and then back again. The waiting room was comfortable, iced soda, TV and a book to read.
