In fact some services for cars purchased at the dealership are less that almost any competing shop. Services are scheduled, which means you know when to come in, and you usually know beforehand how long it will take. Very Handy. More

Whether our Honda Odyssey was undergoing a major tune up or routine maintenance, Jeremy has been & continues to be an excellent communicator about what is suggested to maintain the vehicle and to keep it running in top condition. We are now on our 2nd Honda Odyssey. One of our considerations for purchasing this vehicle was due in part to Jeremy Sullivan, as well as Service Manager, Doug Settle. It is rare to receive quality customer service these days, let alone in the automotive industry, but these guys are top notch. (p.s. If Jeremy Sullivan wasn't available, I would not hesitate to seek out Charles Suter as my Service Advisor...he has also delivered great customer service). Thanks Honda team! More

The problem was so aggravating for a long period of time, but they persevered and performed numerous tests to resolve it. Their care and service was superior to that of Honda HQ in Torrance, CA.
