Awesome Service Advisor!!! Doug Waltz has been an exceptional Service Advisor! We bought our 2nd new Honda Accord in 2013 and had several misfortunes with the Honda Service Doug Waltz has been an exceptional Service Advisor! We bought our 2nd new Honda Accord in 2013 and had several misfortunes with the Honda Service Department. The Service Manager Doug Settle went out of his way to address and immediately resolve the problems. Since Doug Waltz ( I would say he kinda got stuck with us...lol) has been participating in the care of our car we have not had any additional problems with the Honda Service Department. We could not be any happier with the service Doug Waltz has provided us. Thanks Doug!!! More

28 Min Oil Change Great experience. Took my 14 Accord Coupe in for an oil change. Made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early with no issues. Service Consultant Great experience.
