Awesome Service Advisor!!! Doug Waltz has been an exceptional Service Advisor! We bought our 2nd new Honda Accord in 2013 and had several misfortunes with the Honda Service Doug Waltz has been an exceptional Service Advisor! We bought our 2nd new Honda Accord in 2013 and had several misfortunes with the Honda Service Department. The Service Manager Doug Settle went out of his way to address and immediately resolve the problems. Since Doug Waltz ( I would say he kinda got stuck with us...lol) has been participating in the care of our car we have not had any additional problems with the Honda Service Department. We could not be any happier with the service Doug Waltz has provided us. Thanks Doug!!! More

SPEEDY, COURTEOUS CHECK IN FOR SERVICE MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH DILLON AS THE SERVICE WRITER HAS ALWAYS BEEN POSITIVE. DILLON REMEMBERED FROM OUR FIRST CONTACT THAT I HAD PROVIDED AN OIL MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH DILLON AS THE SERVICE WRITER HAS ALWAYS BEEN POSITIVE. Doug Waltz is awesome Doug Waltz took care of my vehicle and time and time again goes above and beyond. He is very kind, professional and goes out of his way to make me fee Doug Waltz took care of my vehicle and time and time again goes above and beyond. He even pulled my car up for me when he didn't need to and got my bill corrected without my asking when it wasn't correct.
