Excellent!! ad a visit to Don Ayres for a safety recall on my civic. The ship wad easy to find and the bay door was promptly opened. I was then greated by a man who was.polite took my name and told me who my associate would be. Zach then came over took info, was extremely polite. I was still getting over a sickness so I was.very quiet and not feeling well. He walked me to the waiting room with free drinks and snacks and tv. He even came to check on me and update me during the wait. The staff was excellent, the service was excellent, the waiting room was extremely nice and clean. And it's really nice to pull into a dealer and not be in the same area of the noisey shop! I will return glut future service More

Exceeding Customer expectations I have had my Odyssey for 5 years and Chuck and the Service department have performed all service work. All recommended maintenance intervals performed in a professional manner and the need is understood. The work is timely, courteous, and the wait is usually on target.
