BAD SERVICE My husband and I were in to purchase a car about December and they offered us a lease option. We agreed to do the LEASE option with the perk of the car being maintenance free to us for the life of the lease. When husband took car into get routine oil change, they are trying to charge us for a tire rotation. So we were lied to from the beginning. When the sales person tells you "maintenance free," make sure to ask what that includes because if we knew that it only meant free oil changes we would have just bought the car out right; not lease. More

Exceptional Service Visit Brought our Honda CRV in for airbag recall. Received courteous service from the time I pulled into the bay, Met by Zach Bloom, Service Advisor. He Brought our Honda CRV in for airbag recall. Received courteous service from the time I pulled into the bay, Met by Zach Bloom, Service Advisor. He told me what they were going to do and about how long it would take. He kept me current on when they started and when they were about done. He made sure I was comfortable in the customer lounge. Zach also worked with me on what service items I was behind on and gave me a quote on what it would cost to get the things done that were needed. He also made sure they washed my car. It's nice to feel like an appreciated customer again. We don't get that much anymore at other places. More

As a woman, it is very important that I am treated as well as any other customer would be, regardless of gender. This visit was for my 2nd car, a 2000 Mazda Miata, and this dealership has been handling my routine service on it since it was new. My last 3 vehicles have all been Hondas, and Ayres has done/will do all my service on them. More

After moving from Rhode Island to Fort Wayne, I needed servicing on my 2008 Honda Pilot. Don Ayres Honda treated me as if I had been a loyal customer of theirs for twenty years. During my last visit, I arrived after their shuttle had left, but that wasn't a problem as my Service Advisor, Dillon Steenport, arranged for driver to take me right away to my work. Dillon called me to review the required work and to ensure that I was in agreement. Then, Dillon called me later in the day to let me know that the car was ready and to ask if I needed a ride. After working a long day, I arrived after their normal hours so I was not sure that I would be able to pickup my car; all I had to do was to speak to a Sales Representative and they made it all happen. I was able to pay my bill and drive my car away. The bottom line is that it is a super Team that you deal with. More
