Excellent Service Department I scheduled my recent oil change about 3 weeks prior. The day prior to my oil change, I received a notice that the parts for my Ridgeline were in for I scheduled my recent oil change about 3 weeks prior. The day prior to my oil change, I received a notice that the parts for my Ridgeline were in for a recall. I thought in my mind that I would need to schedule a 2nd appointment. However, when I let Charles know of the parts availability, he volunteered to have the recall work done at the same time as the oil change. He even offered to wash my vehicle.
