Tire replaced. One tire had a very slow leak for months. I had them check the tires and reset low tire light several times. This last service visit Tony Vincent saw to it that the bad tire was replaced--since it couldn't be repaired. I appreciated the fact that I was not charged for that tire. Thanks, Tony! More

I had a 45000 mile checkup on my service re Very recently I had service on my Honda CRV. Doug Waltz was the service man dealing with me and my wife. I had a 45000 mile checkup on my service request. Doug took much time explaining what would be done and why each service in the checkup was important to us as drivers to know the safety it continue to offer and the potential problems that very likely be avoided. Further while we were waiting, Doug found us in the waiting area to mention that our wheel alignment was off and what this was starting to do to our tires. He gave us no pressure to have an alignment done. He made sure we knew how much extra time it would take to have the service done and its cost. We accepted this extra item. My only thought was that it seemed that the time needed to do this work seemed quite long. Since it had to be done in a different service area there probably might have been a longer waiting time until it was our time. He then made sure to give us options for what we could do during the waiting time. He made sure that we had complimentary RT transportation for our choice away from the repair shop. The car was ready and was very clean and had no signs of any foreign deposits on the vehicle inside and out. We were very satisfied. More

The best I have been doing business here since 2001. They are a great place and really took care of my cars.
