Service...Above and Beyond I recently took my Pilot in for regular service. I was quoted about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I think I only waited for 45 minutes for all service to be completed. In addition, I have been unable to get my car washed while waiting for body work to be done; not only did Tony ensure that the work was completed quickly, he personally made sure my car was cleaned up and de-bugged. We came to Honda searching for reliability and longevity of a vehicle. A solid service department makes longevity possible and we found that combination at Don Ayres with Jeremy Sullivan and the technicians there. They alert us to issues and help us prioritize repairs. They guide us through the maintenance process which is rather minimal compared to some other makes of cars we have owned.. We have a 2010 with over 180,000 miles and running strong. We passed our 2008 to our son when he needed a a reliable car and it currently has over 200,000 miles and going strong. I drive a 2013 with 55,000 miles and I can say with confidence that a good service department sells cars! Nice job Jeremy & Don Ayres! More
