I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner as soon as I pulled in the service bay by Doug Waltz. When Doug checked the car in, he noticed the rear tires showing signs of cupping. So along with the rotation we added an alignment to the appointment. The appointment was completed in a timely manner and topped off with a car wash. Consider me one happy customer! More

When I took the vehicle in and talked with Chuck, he did everything he could to be accommo Recently the head gasket went bad on my 2010 Honda Accord. When I took the vehicle in and talked with Chuck, he did everything he could to be accommodating to my needs. This happened the week before Christmas and even though the service department was very busy, Chuck made it a point to work my vehicle in for service. In addition, Chuck communicated with me on a regular basis and always made me aware of the next step in fixing my vehicle. My wife and I have been working with Chuck on all of our vehicles needs for the last couple of years and I can definitely say I feel like he is taking care of us and not trying to make an extra buck on our service calls. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to the Don Ayres Service Department for all of your vehicle needs. More
