Great team I recently purchased my second CRV from Don Ayres. As with the first, the experience was as easy as it could be in buying a car. Our salesman, Keith I recently purchased my second CRV from Don Ayres. As with the first, the experience was as easy as it could be in buying a car. Our salesman, Keith, was new and did a great job. The service department transferred my trailer hitch from my old CRV to my new one for a nominal fee. I like the 12.99 oil changes and the ccourteous treatment in the service department. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is there really needs to be 2 courtesy shuttles, at least during peak times. I live 5 miles north of the dealership, yet had to travel through Fort Wayne neighborhoods, down by the airport and then back up to my home. There should be a North shuttle and a South shuttle. More
