BAD SERVICE My husband and I were in to purchase a car about December and they offered us a lease option. When husband took car into get routine oil change, they are trying to charge us for a tire rotation. So we were lied to from the beginning. When the sales person tells you "maintenance free," make sure to ask what that includes because if we knew that it only meant free oil changes we would have just bought the car out right; not lease. Exceptional Service Visit Brought our Honda CRV in for airbag recall. Received courteous service from the time I pulled into the bay, Met by Zach Bloom, Service Advisor. He Brought our Honda CRV in for airbag recall. Received courteous service from the time I pulled into the bay, Met by Zach Bloom, Service Advisor. He told me what they were going to do and about how long it would take. He kept me current on when they started and when they were about done. He made sure I was comfortable in the customer lounge. Zach also worked with me on what service items I was behind on and gave me a quote on what it would cost to get the things done that were needed. He also made sure they washed my car. It's nice to feel like an appreciated customer again. We don't get that much anymore at other places. More
