Doug took much time explaining what would be done and why each service in the checkup was important to us as drivers to know the safety it continue to offer and the potential problems that very likely be avoided. Further while we were waiting, Doug found us in the waiting area to mention that our wheel alignment was off and what this was starting to do to our tires. He gave us no pressure to have an alignment done. He made sure we knew how much extra time it would take to have the service done and its cost. We accepted this extra item. My only thought was that it seemed that the time needed to do this work seemed quite long. Since it had to be done in a different service area there probably might have been a longer waiting time until it was our time. He then made sure to give us options for what we could do during the waiting time. He made sure that we had complimentary RT transportation for our choice away from the repair shop. The car was ready and was very clean and had no signs of any foreign deposits on the vehicle inside and out. We were very satisfied. More

Service My wife has owned Accord's for over 15 years now. Her last purchase was last year at Don Ayres. We have always had our Accord serviced at Don Ayres. That is why we bought our new Accord at Don Ayres(for the service). I have always sent my friends to Don Ayres for new vehicles and for their service department. When it is time to purchase my wife a new Accord, we will purchase it from Don Ayres. More

The best I have been doing business here since 2001. They are a great place and really took care of my cars. My civic is still going at 325000 miles, my CRV I have been doing business here since 2001. They are a great place and really took care of my cars. My civic is still going at 325000 miles, my CRV had 284000 when I sold it. That should say something for their service department. Doug Waltz and Doug Settle are the best. I even take my nonHonda cars to them. More
