Jeremy Sullivan is always, always professional, thorough and friendly. Having spent time in the garage and the customer waiting area, I have observed different individuals from the sales team, the administrative office, the management, and of course the service advisors and staff who work in the drop off area. Everyone has treated clients with respect and courtesy, even when a few customers I noticed were gruff with the personnel. They never lost their cool and remained kind and professional. No one ever tries to oversell services, as far as I can tell. I have always been treated fairly at that. That speaks volumes to me at least. No place is 100% perfect in every aspect, but it appears that Don Ayres Honda strives to be the best to their clients and again, this has been over the span of 18 plus years. More

As promised, around 40 minutes later my car was done, check out was quick and easy and i was on my way. I have never ever had any problems with the service department or scheduling a service. I had the team there install a remote start and it has worked perfect. They have always made sure my car received the required service in regards to the miles. They educated me about work that had been done on my car in the past. They even fixed a problem for me that was created by another dealer. The service team works together as a team. You can see their commitment to their customers in the way they treat each other as coworkers. More

When husband took car into get routine oil change, they are trying to charge us for a tire rotation. So we were lied to from the beginning. When the sales person tells you "maintenance free," make sure to ask what that includes because if we knew that it only meant free oil changes we would have just bought the car out right; not lease.
