I am on my 3rd Honda purchased at Don Ayres and have always had a fantastic outcome. Recently I stopped in and inquired about a “rattle” I heard on my new CRV. Without delay they put my car on the rack and found a loose part. The tightened the part and away I went. I just can’t imagine dealing with any other dealership. Thank you again for your kindness and helpfulness. More

everything okay while under warrantee had a dead battery issue on a 2015 CRV, still under 3 year warrantee. They could find no problems, blamed it on using the auxillary power, we progr had a dead battery issue on a 2015 CRV, still under 3 year warrantee. They could find no problems, blamed it on using the auxillary power, we programmed the GPS, took about 2 minutes. Two months later, same problem but now not under warrantee, now the battery is bad and needs replaced, $120+. After every previous service I was contacted to review the service and encouraged to follow up, this time they must have forgotten to send me the survey! That's why I am reviewing here. More
