Amazing Customer Service! We were in route on a 12 hour car trip and our Honda Odyssey was shutting down. We called and spoke with Cesar who gave us directions to Don Ayres Hon We were in route on a 12 hour car trip and our Honda Odyssey was shutting down. We called and spoke with Cesar who gave us directions to Don Ayres Honda. We literally coasted into the service port with hazards flashing one hour or so from closing time. Cesar was exceptional from our first panicked phone call to the end of our last minute, emergency service. He was calm, friendly and accommodating.
