Was scheduled to have new key programmed last week and there was misunderstanding about the cost so I cancelled appt and left. Was no big problem and was not upset, however my service guy Zach Chausse did there was misunderstanding about the cost so I cancelled appt and left. Was no big problem and was not upset, however my service guy Zach Chausse did not feel right about it and called me back with adjusted price and I went ahead and had it done. Turned out smell was from snow thrower that I have not used this winter. More
