Was in for regular service for my car. Lease was up in a month, so figured I would check out how much to buy my car, etc. I initially spoke with Doug, who sat down with me over options, then directed me to month, so figured I would check out how much to buy my car, etc. I initially spoke with Doug, who sat down with me over options, then directed me to Salesman Rick to test drive, etc. Doug then worked out the numbers, and came up with a new lease car for me. We had a great experience in working with Shawn. We would consider buying a car from him in the future. Shawn Baney was friendly, curteous and very helpful. The only reason there were some 'good ratings' versus 'great' is because the numbers manager did not seem to take us seriously at first and did not realize that I was not interested in haggling, I wanted to buy a car that day and was going to do it with whomever had the best price. I mentioned that I received an offer from another Honda dealer that beat the list price by $1300.00 No com Ty has always been very good to deal with. I mentioned that I received an offer from another Honda dealer that beat the list price by $1300.00 No comment was received from anyone at Ayres about that offer and no offer below list was ever brought up during the sale process. When the trade was nixed on my car I thought that some kind of deal would have been discussed as I brought up a possible $500.00 off. This is why my rating of OK for price. More

When my Honda requires service, I would never take it to another dealer. My experience at Don Ayres has always been top rate. The employees care about my concerns, patiently attend to all the "noises" I h another dealer. My experience at Don Ayres has always been top rate. In a world where customer satisfaction takes a back seat, the opposite is true at Don Ayres Honda.
