Jarred H was friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and was polite. He did a great job of showing me cars and explaining the features. The first thing my husband and another person said when meeting Rick was,"boy is he high strung." Many people have asked me about my Honda CRV, and I tell them how much I love the car, but probably would take my business elsewhere the next time. More

After I bought the car, they did inspection to fix several problems, had to take the car back twice. They refused to fix brakes and told me squeaking was normal (George's mechanic replaced them after several problems, had to take the car back twice. They refused to fix brakes and told me squeaking was normal (George's mechanic replaced them after being paper thin and squealers were exposed), lights continued flashing and told it was normal (Alternator replaced, flashing stopped), got a very rude voicemail about no more service would be done on the vehicle and I needed to come get it now. Took 45 days to receive title after going and getting a dealer plate after my temporary plate expired, I had to call 3 times to question people about where my title was. The day after I got it, I received a phone call claiming I needed to return the dealer plate because I had had it way too long. I explained I just got my title yesterday, they seemed confused. The next week I receive a phone call from a manager claiming the plate was going to be reported stolen. I don't see why they had 45 days (21 legally) to get me my title and I didn't even have one day to get my new registration. After talking to several friends and reading reviews about Don Ayres, I found out this is normal. I will never come back or recommend this place of business. I will also make sure I add to the poor reviews. Hopefully someone will want to get it together... More
I had a spring break in my trunk door over the weekend. I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Jeremy ordered the part which was in the next day and Doug asked when I could get in I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Doug, knowing that this repair was vital for my work, got me in the first thing the next morning and got me out in 20 minutes. Truly a great response to my problem. Doug and his staff are the very best in service at Don Ayres Honda. This is not the first time my wife and I have had terrific experience in their Service Dept. Not only is Honda a great car , the service couldn't be better!! That is why we will continue to buy from and always use Honda service from Don Ayres in the future. Great people!! More
The sales experience was pleasant. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle; he was very helpful and not at all pushy. The service however, was extremely disappointing. I have encountered two maintenance issues within the first 24 hours. A screw was broken off in the license plate holder and left unattended, which took several hours to get corrected and cost me two trips to service. The second issue, even more appalling, was a small plastic cover TAPED on the underside of the front bumper which of course fell off immediately at the first washing. For a "certified" Honda vehicle, these minor yet aggregating mishaps speak volumes for the quality of work that the service department puts out! Both items are completely unacceptable for the fact that they were identified and not corrected during the certification inspection...kind of makes me wonder what else I will uncover. More

Don Ayres has the best service by far. I have been a satisfied customer of theirs since 1998 when I purchased my 1st Honda (CRV). I now own a 2006 Pilot and all my service is done by Don Ayres, I would satisfied customer of theirs since 1998 when I purchased my 1st Honda (CRV).
