OK - so I have bought the car and I'm waiting to get it to have some fun. They have to fix a couple things. I have not bought a car from a dealership for many years because they overprice price the cars an to have some fun. They have to fix a couple things. SO first, trying as hard as I could, I could not find anywhere on the internet a cheaper price for the car. Now - it was an "Internet special" (not all their cars are). I tried, couldn't find anything. SO - GOOD PRICES - some of the best. Second, there was no hassle! No one tried to sell me something else, the "extras" (i.e. financing, warranty, etc.) were just presented with no pressure to buy. I'll keep you posted if something goes wrong. More

I had to have my car towed into the dealership. I had a large puddle of fluid under the car in the garage and the car was heating up. I arrived first thing in the morning and was told they would have to work me in so I was given no indication of if/when I would know if it could be fixed on that day or if I needed to rent a car so I could get to work and start my day. I also had work done on my car over a year ago regarding an oil leak and told them it was not fixed (still leaking)and on every occasion I have had it in since I have told them it still leaked. When Jeremy came out to tell what they had thought might be the problem, he also proceeded to tell me the oil leak could cost up to $750.00 after they got it apart and took a look at the gaskets. 1. He wouldn't look me in the eye when I was questioning him about "how much would it have been if they would have looked at it when I first stated the leak was still there?" 2. He just stopped talking about it like it wasn't important. I chose to not have that fixed at this time (I am planning on looking around and getting other estimates cuz I really want it fixed this time) I also told him I was in a month earlier because my engine came on and it was put on the computer and I was told it was a false alarm and it was reset. It was very frustrating to then a month later have to have my car towed in for a major problem. Was it misread? I feel like it was a warning sign that was ignored. All around frustrating experience........... More

Never bought a vehicle from a dealership as nice as this one. On top of great customer service at the point of sale, they service it for WAY cheaper than what I could do myself. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a car to meet with Joe Parra from Don Ayers Honda. He is informative and is genuinely concerned with finding the right car for the customer. We have always purchased our Hondas at Don Ayres. The main reason is not only are Hondas nice cars, but because of the truly outstanding service and body shop. I found the car online for the best price for that year, make, and model for the 07 Maxima I purchased. I have been searching for over 3 months for a good deal on this car. We were hesitant to change our van purchasing from Chrysler to Honda but we wanted a van of very good quality. We had checked at other Honda dealers and were impressed by the vehicles but were not su Chrysler to Honda but we wanted a van of very good quality. Anwar worked very hard to help us purchase our new van in our payment limits. While waiting to see on the dealings of buying the van, Anwar brought us beverages and was genuinely interested in our lives. He carried on a nice conversation with us, as a friend and not as a salesman trying to earn our business. After we were approved for our purchase, Anwar gave us a tour of the whole facility, the finance department, the service department, etc. He introduced us to everyone and actually knew all of their names. We would definitely recommend Don Ayres Honda to anyone who would ask and would definitely recommend that they deal with Anwar. He helped make the experience of buying our van a great one. More
