These men are wonderful! They have always gone out of their way to make sure that I am happy with my Hondas. I have purchased 4 HOndas at Don Ayres. I was ready to give back my 2007 Accord due to a noise their way to make sure that I am happy with my Hondas. I have purchased 4 HOndas at Don Ayres. I was ready to give back my 2007 Accord due to a noise in the front drivers side window that was really bothering me. Doug spent time figuring out where the noise was coming from and fixed it! He even worked me in to get it fixed before I took a trip....in his words "so I wouldn't have to hear it on the drive". That is true customer service with care! I can't say enough about the service I have gotten from Doug and the rest of the men there. I would never go any place else in Fort Wayne! I'm moving to Iowa in July 2011 and I am concerned about what kind of service I will get there. I may come back here for some of it when I visit family here. More

We were looking to purchase a small fuel effecient vehicle in Ft. Wayne. We went to the only Ford dealership, the only Hyundia dealership and the only Volkswagon dealership and there were no Focus, Fi vehicle in Ft. Wayne. We went to the only Ford dealership, the only Hyundia dealership and the only Volkswagon dealership and there were no Focus, Fiesta, Accent, Elantra or TDI Golfs in the entire city. We went to Don Ayres and they had two Fit, two Insights and two CR-Zs to test drive. I was concerned because of low ratings by Consumer Reports on the Insight and the CR-Z and they were able to work through my concerns point by point. I had multiple visits, multiple phone conversations and all were professional, none over pushy and they never put down the competition I was shopping. They just focused on their products strong points and let the ride speak for itself. We ended up deciding on a CR-Z and, due to the limmited supply, they found one in MI and drove it back. They were thorough on their walk throughs of all of the vehicles functionality and the owners manual. More

They keep their customer up to date with new dealer incentives via email and also contact you via phone just to check up on the vehicle and if you are enjoying it or if there have been any issues. Andy Hitzemann was extremely helpful on our new lease of our 2011 Honda Odyssey and even paired the bluetooth cell phone for my wife to the vehicle. He showed us all the new gadgets that Honda updated on the current model compared to our 2010 model that we traded in. Over all, Don Ayres is more than just a dealer of fine automobiles, but they are more of a family that you go to visit (but only when needed)!!! :) More
Sales people were wonderful. Detailing was poor - garbage was left in van at purchase time and the storage bin in the 2nd row was extremely wet and left closed - I guess from shampooing. He did an excellent job, working to make sure I got exactly the car I wanted--something I did not receive at other Honda dealerships a was fantastic.
