To whom it may concern- My wife and I came to your dealership on Feb.18,2012, with the idea of seriously considering a Honda vehicle for the first time! We were very impressed with everything we encountered, whether it was the quality of the vehicles we looked at,the pricing, the warranties, or the salesperson! Aaron Warner was our salesman he was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous and most of all answered all of our questions and we had plenty of them! But most of all he made us very comfortable and eliminated any lingering doubts or concerns we had regarding a new vehicle and getting aquainted with a new dealership! My wife and I were planning on visiting another dealership after we were done at yours last Saturday, that was no longer nessecary after spending an hour or so with Aaron at your dealership he certainly closed the deal! We have never made a decision that quickly on purchasing a new vehicle we usually give it careful consideration for a few days! We walked away very impressed! I have a Honda CR-V which has had routine service in my travels across the country by several dealerships in as many states. There has been NO dealership which has treated me or my car better and my wallet travels across the country by several dealerships in as many states. I will be moving to a new home in Montana shortly and I would be overjoyed if I could move this dealership to Montana with me. Buying a new car is always fraught with aggravation and second thoughts. No one likes to put out the kind of money that is required for an automobile, but after checking vehicles and dealerships around the area I was happy to take a few test rides with Bill Fenoglio at Don Ayers and come to the decision to purchase my Ridgeline, (remember Montana?) from him. He was a delight to work with and the paper transfers went smoothly through the very experienced staff at Don Ayers. There is no doubt that I will have to buy another car before too much longer, and I will go to see Bill Fenoglio straight away. While one can always second guess price paid for a product, one cannot deny that the purchase and followup service to a vehicle will be handled with care and consideration at Don Ayers, that's why I will be pleased to return there again, (OK, I still don't like spending hard earned money), but the purchase is only the beginning of a relationship. This dealership cements the relationship with genuine service, excellent pricing and really great people with whom to work. More
