First impression of the dealership was good. I was greeted by the service manager and because it was a busy Saturday he made sure I was attended to even though it was busy. The next week I came back in to look again at the Pilot and even though Rick was not available, Ben Maggert was helpful. The dealership was low pressure when closing the sale which is IMPORTANT to me. The price quote from Don Ayers Honda was given without a hassle over the phone and was in line with the other price quotes I had received.
