I feel very comfortable at Don Ayres when I have service done. I am very confident in their ability. I am always treated with utmost courtesy. The next time I have service though, I will be more scrutinizing about what is done in the package. For instance, I have new tires and get them rotated for free at Tire Barn after I have my oil changed at Don Ayres. I did not need to pay for Don Ayres to rotate my tires. I think it should be taken out of the package since every tire place rotates for free. I could even get my brakes inspected for free at the place I got the brakes. I would suggest that the package be a la carte and have the person check off a list. More

I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I would say this was one of our best experiences. Our salesman (Aaron) was courteous, knowledgeable, and very personable. Most of all, he took the time to LISTEN to what we wanted to do and worked to achieve it. The same can be said for the Sales Manager and the very pleasant Finance Manager. We felt like valued customers and not just a sale. It was obvious that everyone we had contact with was focused on making us feel satisfied. We came back the next day to return the title of our trade-in. Aaron met us at the door and took the time to take the vehicle to the shop to adjust a door lock setting. 5 STAR service. We winced a little at the sticker price of the vehicle when we started but we definitely got our money's worth. A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FUN STAFF. We would highly recommend Don Ayres Honda. More

I had my 20 year old daughter take my car in for an oil change and she said the gentleman she dealt with was very short with her and when he stated the problem might be a leak in the oil pan she told him I change and she said the gentleman she dealt with was very short with her and when he stated the problem might be a leak in the oil pan she told him I had just had that fixed and he said "When?" Well she wasn't sure of the date but I have always had my service done at Don Ayers so why did he not go look it up on the computer? She said he was unhappy with her the minute she stopped in without an appt. and made her feel she was not welcome there. I told her next time to find Doug or Jay since I have been coming there since I purchased my first Honda in 1988. I will be sure and bring in my car myself next time in order to make sure that I get my questions answered without an attitude. I thought it would be ok for my daughter to bring it in since it was just an oil change, but I guessed wrong! More
