The last three visits to the service department have left me disappointed. Today I came in to because of a safety recall on my can. I made an appointment for 1pm. I arrived at 12:45pm. I heard nothing during the course of my visit until I made an inquiry 2 hours later. I was told the van would be ready in 10 minutes. Forty minutes later I had to ask again. Prior work on the van was also less than satisfactory. The instrument panel had to be replaced. I left the van, things were replaced. I left the dealership to find that several lights and points on the panel were not working. I returned to have things made right. However, several bulbs had to be replaced and were not in stock. My SRS light was lite when it had not been before. I know things happen and I am usually graceful about a mishap. However, three visits in a row makes me not want to return. This is the first Honda I have owned. Buicks and Lexus SUV's have been my usual buys. As soon as the warranty ends I trade. He listened to what I wanted and spent a great deal of time with me. I was able to take the car out for awhile and show my Husband. I had always heard friends compliment the service they have received on their Hondas at Don Ayres Honda as well as the quality of the Honda. My wife and I were recently discharged from a bankruptcy and were looking to re-establish our credit. We were not quite sure what to expect. We didn't even know if we would be approved, or if we would hav and were looking to re-establish our credit. We were not quite sure what to expect. We didn't even know if we would be approved, or if we would have to pay a high interest loan. We were both extremely pleased and satisfied with everything. Our Salesperson Joe Parra went above and beyond to find us a vehicle that we would be happy to own. And our Finance manager Jami Langham definately worked hard to find us a loan with a payment and rate that exceeded our expectations. Don Ayres Honda is definately the dealer that we will choose and recommend to anyone to looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks to everyone for making this car buying experience a great one. More

After much online research trying to select the best car at the best price to fit my needs I visited Don Ayres to just test drive a couple of their used Honda Civics. I ended up purchasing one of the vehic at the best price to fit my needs I visited Don Ayres to just test drive a couple of their used Honda Civics. I ended up purchasing one of the vehicles and couldn't be happier. The car was listed at a very competitive price and in excellent condition. I worked with both Andy Hitzemann and Jeremy Todd to purchase the vehicle. Both gentlemen exhibited excellent customer service and made the experience very satisfying. I believe I was treated very fairly at Don Ayres. I have been a return customer of Don Ayres in both the sales and service areas for almost 30 years. After buying this last car I am sure I will never buy another car from you again. This company has failed to provide good service to me since I bought my car 4 months ago. The first saleman that was helping me Darrin Bickel was not nice to me and my friend at all. He was rude, not very friendly and appeared to be upset when I wanted to test drive more than 2 cars, we left the lot to look at a different car and then came back to drive the car I bought one more time before making a decision. When we came back a different salesman Brian Bicknese helped us, he was much nicer than the first guy. After I bought the car I have been called 3 times to come back in to sign paperwork that had been forgotten. I also just got a letter from siriusxm satellite radio that I have 2 months left on my 3 month of free satellite radio that came with the car when I bought it. I was not told that I would get 3 months of free service, I called siriusxm asking about only having 2 months left and just getting notified now and was told that the dealership that I bought the car from was responsibe to giving me the information. Next failure was when I went for an oil change on 7/11/12, had an appointment at 5PM, my 2 kids and I waited in the waiting area the staff started to clean the coffee machines and the pop dispencer then someone asked me if I needed help, I said I was waiting for my car to be done and she stated, "we are closed", I told her that I was not told my car was done and that I had not even paid for it yet, she went to check and told me that when they called my name someone else came up and signed my paperwork, so they thought they were done with me. They made up new paper work for me and unlocked the window and I paid for the service. So who ever signed my paper work now has my name, address, phone number, make and model , lisence plate and vin number to my car with so much fraud and idenify thief going around this does not make me happy at all. Then when I went to get my car it was still dirty. I went back inside and asked about the car wash that they were suppost to do and was told that it was already done, I explained that my car was very dirty and was told, " well, what do you expect for a free car wash". They did offer to wash my car again but by this time I was so upset I just left. These are the reasons that I will never buy another car from Don Ayers again. I have had very poor customer service from the start and wish that I had never bought my third car from there. Sally Storey More
From beginning to end, this was by far the most friendly and accomodating dealership we have ever dealt with. We have "less than perfect" credit, yet Ty and Jeremy did everything they could to not only get and accomodating dealership we have ever dealt with. We have "less than perfect" credit, yet Ty and Jeremy did everything they could to not only get us a great deal on a new Civic at payments we could afford, but to make us feel like highly valued customers(instead of a nusiance, which is what we have felt like at other dealerships). Talking to Ty was like hanging out with a friend. He was both professional and personable and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with our purchasing experience. We were also highly impressed with your service department, and the friendliness of the mechanics (Jay and others).
