The 100 month battery in my Honda Odyssey died after 36 months. The Odyssey could not be started even after I charged the battery overnight. I removed the battery and brought it to Don Ayres Honda. To get credit for the months remaining on my battery Ayres could have forced me to have my Odyssey towed to the dealership. Instead they let me have a new battery (with exchange) at the appropriately discounted price. I appreciate the Service and Parts Department people working together to solve this problem for me without making me jump through hoops. This is why I own two Hondas, and why Don Ayres handles almost of my parts and service work. More

We had come to the dealer, after first visiting their website, to test drive a specific vehicle, but decided it wasn't what we expected. We asked for a couple of different options and Joe delivered. We were able to purchase the vehicle of my wife's dreams at a VERY resonable price. We had been pre-qualified by our bank before going to Don Ayres. After we agreed on a price, Joe made the suggestion that Don Ayres may be able to beat the finance rate we had received from our bank. Not only could they be it... they blew it away! With the money the lower interest saved us, we were even able to purchase an extra 5year, 50,000 mile warranty. WOW! What a deal. I have been telling everyone I can about our experience at Don Ayres. Our visit to Don Ayres was the Best experience my family has ever had while purchasing any of the 10 vehicles we have purchased from a dealer. My wife and I decided to trade in our 2003 Honda CRV for a brand new 2012 Honda Civic EX sedan. We initially visited the dealership on 8/2 to test drive a 2011 Honda Civic LX Honda certified used vehicle. Our salesman Jarod Burgess was exceedingly nice and professional. We actually were not all that impressed with the vehicle, however. Jarod was very helpful and said we should test drive the 2012 Honda Civic. We decided to leave for the day, but on 8/4 we came back to test drive the car that we ultimately bought. It is a great car. Jarod showed us all the features of the car and was very helpful before, during, and after the test drive. When it came down to negotiating on a price, they really did not discount the price of the car (it was the only EX on the lot) and after some negotiating they gave us a reasonable trade-in on our CRV. During this whole process of negotiating Jarod and the sales manager were very professional with no real pressure. I highly recommend Jarod Burgess for the purchase of your next car at Don Ayres. The service department in very good. The new car sales department is very good. I bought a new honda here in 2008 and in 2010. I bought a used 2007 Civic from the used car department in March of this ye department is very good. I bought a new honda here in 2008 and in 2010. I bought a used 2007 Civic from the used car department in March of this year and I am very disapointed with the used car sales manager. He misled me about the certification of the car and he changed the numbers around on the sales agreement with the bottom line being the same. He seamed to try to confuse me. The used car sales manager did not introduce himself to me or speak to me during the entire process. When I bought the two new Hondas, the new car sales manager spoke to me both times. More

Everyone at Don Ayres was very pleasant and wonderful to deal with. Jared Heiniger, whom I dealt with the most, was very knowledgeable and took care of all of our concerns. There was no bragging about the company and there were no fibs and exaggerations to wade through; every bit of info was low key and factual, and that means the most to me when purchasing a vehicle. Ayres answered all of our questions, took care of all of our concerns, and Ayres even addressed a somewhat costly concern after we had driven the car off the lot and found an issue that should have been addressed in their own certification process. Ayres will make things right with the customer and Ayres will back up their claims of truly certified vehicles. We are truly happy with our purchase of an Ayres Certified Used Vehicle and the employees of Don Ayres Honda, particularly Jared Heiniger, made our purchase a truly wonderful experience. More
