Every time I bring our car in for service it is a pleasant experience. The service department is very professional and courteous. WE have owned Honda's for the past 25 years. very good price on a used car in excellent condition. Excellent trade value for vehicle traded in, also. At the start of my new car purchase process I thought I would end up with a Camry. After doing my initial research I thought I would be buying a Sonata. After visiting the dealerships and taking a test d would end up with a Camry. After doing my initial research I thought I would be buying a Sonata. After visiting the dealerships and taking a test drive, I purchased an Accord. Shannon was very friendly and helpful - this factored into my purchase decision. The dealership was very willing to work with me on the price also. Based on these factors I would have rated my overall experience a 5. The financing portion of the deal was a slightly different matter. I felt Mr. Todd was a bit pushy when it came to additional options. I have a background in finance and a close relative who served as an auto dealership finance manager so I have a decent understanding of auto financing. Mr. Todd didn't do anything offensive or underhanded. He did his best salesman job to sell options. This reduced my overall experience from a 5 to a 4. I'm still impressed with the dealership and look forward to long-term relationship. More

George and everyone else at Don Ayres has been great to work with but wouldn't say the same for American Honda! I have had tons of issues with my new Honda Odyssey, it was my first Honda and might be my la work with but wouldn't say the same for American Honda! I have had tons of issues with my new Honda Odyssey, it was my first Honda and might be my last. I will say though they have an awsome service department and that Doug Settles it a great service manager they have done everything possible to help me out. More

None of the salesmen(woman) made me feel as if my business was just a commission check, and the 3 sales associates I spoke to, had very positive things to say about their employer. This proved that if they LOVED to work there, they took pride in their work. I work with people looking to purchase autos every day, I've never been treated so courtesly as I was with the staff of Don Ayres. I love my "New" Honda Pilot, just as they promised I would! More
