Friendly, welcoming, and attentive would be my first impression of Don Ayers! Lucas was the best! He did an excellent job showing me all the "bells and whistles" my vehicle had to offer. Jeremy always takes care of me when I call, even if it's on the last minute when I need something done. He gets me in, keeps in contact with what is happening and always calls as soon as the vehicle is read on the last minute when I need something done.
