In the middle of our car buying experience, our 9-year cat became extremely sick and we almost lost him. Andy never pressured us in the least to move forward with the vehicle, but instead was very understanding about what we going through. When Newman the Cat made it through his surgery and was on the road to recovery, the vehicle was still there and we were happy to do business with Andy …. again. We also bought our 2015 CRV from him 5 years ago. Would also like to comment on Shawn Trice in the business office. We spent less than an hour with him and I feel like we made another friend at Don Ayres!!
