Since the day I bought my 2023 Integra (which I still love) Brandon Good has been my service advisor and he has been terrific. Unfortunately, I recently damaged my grill and so when I brought my car in to get it replaced (on Wed Feb 19th) he texted me to say they could not take the illuminated emblem off the old grill (I forget why). He offered to give a huge discount on a new illuminated emblem. It almost seemed he was selling it to me at cost. However, the next text said he was able to carefully take off the illuminated emblem and put it on the new grill saving me several hundred dollars! I just feel he went the extra mile to help me out and save me money and I appreciate that very much. Alice Lenhart greets everyone who drives their car into the service bay with professionalism and a smile. She also treats my dog (who often rides with me) so well. Brandon is everything a service advisor should be. He is friendly, extremely capable, responsive and efficient. I have total trust in him when it comes to my Integra. More
I have previously written about the excellent sales dept at this dealership including my salesperson PJ Dean. However, it is the after service after the sales that is more important in owning a car and the sales dept here at Don Ayres does not disappoint. The sales department is first-rate in every way. The people are friendly. and the service I get here is outstanding. I am especially impressed with my service advisor Brandon Good and the service manager Tony Vincent. I love the fact that this place is dog friendly. My pup gets the royal treatment whenever I go there for service. My salesperson PJ Dean loves to play with her and always gives her a treat! More
