Do not I repeat DO NOT let your wife,mother,daughter,sister,or girlfriend go into this dealership alone. Their predatory tactics on women who are by themselves is sickening. Not only will they try to bury them in a car that’s been marked way up but if they go in for a “free oil change” they will scare the daylights out of them with things they “absolutely need to do to their brand new cars to keep them running smoothly”. They scared my wife into paying almost $400 for an air filter and cabin air filter when she went in for their complimentary oil change. Such xxxx bags. More

Took my car in for a problem on my Toyota Tacoma in April they had it 5 days weekend close picked it up paid over $2000.00 for repair 2 days later still the same problem was told to bring back when the ABS l they had it 5 days weekend close picked it up paid over $2000.00 for repair 2 days later still the same problem was told to bring back when the ABS light came back finally brought it back on Aug 23 2022 when it came on would have brought it in sooner but the light always went out this time it stayed on. Called me later on and said it needed a part replaced actuator which cost $1700.00 could not afford that put to much in for repair didn’t have was told to pick it up could still drive it, I like my truck doesn’t even have a 100,000 miles on it yet it’s a 2002 I’m 81 now will keep it as long as I can am lost without a car. More

Every person I dealt with was professional. I have dealt with other dealerships where money and dealer markups were the only priority. It is obvious that true customer service is Dolan Toyota' I have dealt with other dealerships where money and dealer markups were the only priority. It is obvious that true customer service is Dolan Toyota's priority. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. Update: I have now had my RAV4 Prime for a year. Not only do I love this car, but Dolan Toyota has continued to be awesome to deal with for service. I am so impressed with this dealership. More
