She kept me informed every step of the process. When she was not going to be available she gave me other people and numbers to call. Very professional. When I went to pick up my car, it looked ready for the showroom. The detail personnel did a fantastic job. The inside had been filled with the fire extinguisher liquid and that was not an easy process, but there was no trace or smell when the car was delivered to me. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced from beginning to end. More
